Extremely rude front desk staff impacted my stay.

clean room but missing breakfast options

The room was impressively clean and organized, and the shower was excellent with great water pressure. The bed and sheets provided a high level of comfort. I appreciated the staff's thoughtfulness. they prepared a to-go breakfast for me since I had to leave early for class. This personal touch made my stay pleasant.

The breakfast options were limited when I arrived later in the morning.

The hotel had friendly staff and a very convenient location, making my stay quite pleasant. Breakfast options were excellent and they provided a nice takeaway bag since I had to leave early.

Noteworthy was the odd policy on housekeeping. we had no cleaning during our four-night stay, causing some inconvenience. Communication about this could definitely improve.

my family and I had a lovely stay at springhill suites. the location was perfect, super close to everything we needed. the staff, especially ricardo, went out of their way to help us and make us feel welcome. our room was really comfortable and spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. breakfast had great options, and who doesn't love free food?

Family with kids will appreciate this place

The front desk staff were just very nice especially Tanya Rose and Jessica who made the whole check-in a breeze and brought so much energy to the place. We even got towel animals for the kids and snacks waiting for us after a long drive, that’s service that leaves an impression.

Wasn’t exactly dirt cheap but you know what, we didn’t feel ripped off.

The room was quite comfortable, offering good views and cozy bedding that made for a restful night. I appreciated the friendly staff who were always checking in to ensure everything was okay. The location was perfect, being conveniently close to malls and restaurants. However, I encountered a couple of maintenance issues, like the sofa making strange sounds and the carpet having a somewhat dirty appearance, which detracted from the overall experience.

i had a fantastic experience at this hotel during my summer holiday. my previous stay in sanford set the bar high, but springhill suites truly exceeded my expectations. the cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff made us feel right at home.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm, welcoming atmosphere at Springhill Suites By Marriott Orlando North-Sanford. The beautifully decorated common areas made it easy for me to navigate my stay comfortably, and the staff was incredibly attentive.

I had a delightful stay at Springhill Suites, enjoying the spacious King Suite with Sofa Bed. The staff showed genuine hospitality, especially Ricardo, making us feel welcomed. However, there were some environmental concerns regarding the breakfast plasticware. Overall, a lovely experience in a great location!

I had a decent two-night stay. breakfast was a highlight, but the room needed updating. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable. I might choose to stay again, but with lower expectations.
